Custom Hand Embroidery Service
Following steps will be followed,once you book online for your custom embroidery.
1. Our customer executive will contact you within 24 hrs of your booking to understand more about the outfit that you wish to get embroidered.
2. You would be then required to courier your outfit to us.
3. Once we receive your outfit, our design team will contact you to discuss the type of design and embroidery that best suits your outfit.
4. The approximate cost of finalised embroidery will be intimated to you.
5. You would be required to pay 50% in advance before commencement of embroidery work.
6. Remaining 50% is to be paid once the embroidery is complete.
7. Your embroidered will be shipped through a reputed courier service to you.
8. Kindly note that the Rs.1000 booking amount will be adjusted from the total bill.
Yes, in case you wish to cancel your booking, the entire amount will be refunded to you. Just write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order id.
